Who Would Have Thought?

Sometimes I really wonder why I think the things I do while walking the now deserted streets of Toronto. This is what I mean.

The other day I was thinking about the disabled and how they are having a hard time getting around now. Then I remembered I used to work with a make-up artist. She was, and I am sure still is, beautiful. To ensure that her make-up was always perfect she taught herself to apply a full face of make-up with her eyes closed in case she ever went blind. I have watched her close her eyes as her fingers follow every bone on her face before she applied the appropriate make-up. Her face was flawless.

Then I remembered working with a fantastic make-up artist. He was, and I am sure still is, good looking. When he showed me a picture of how he did his make-up, hair, wardrobe and accessories for Drag, I told him that he looked so hot as a woman that he could easily flip me to the other side, provided he was the she I was looking at. And I meant it. He burst out laughing because he knew it was true. We may have been on different teams, but we still had a lot of fun!

Most people with money think that their opinion is the only one that counts even though it is a proven fact that wealth does not equal intelligence. Being wealthy or being rich does not mean you are superior, or smarter. It simply means you have more money. I am not making this up. Not only did I hear it on a YouTube video, read about this in an online article, I have also experienced it. It wasn’t fun to be shot down by someone who had little to no experience on the topic, yet more money.

The majority of people who become millionaires and multi-millionaires do so after the age of 58 for women and 59.5 for men. So, there’s still time for me. Just saying!

As usual I could go on, yet I will save some for a Part Two.
